Applications are received for both new or variations to existing Premises Licences and Club Premises Certificates. These applications are subject to public consultation and may be viewed during normal office hours at the Environmental Services reception which is located on the second floor of the town hall. This information provided is in accordance with section 8 and Schedule 3 of the Licensing Act 2003.
Applications received
Representations to the application must relate to the Licensing Objectives identified in the Act.
Statutory Notice of Applications made to the Licensing Authority as required under Section 105 (3)(b) Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011. For your information we will, for the time being, continue to publish redacted copies of applications as usual.
