The Commercial Team deals with -
Commercial Team Service Plan: Every Food Authority is required by the Food Standards Agency to produce a service plan, ensure that it is approved by Members and review it annually. The Health and Safety Executive also requires an Enforcing Authority to produce an annual service plan approved by Members.
Gosport's Service Plan for 2011/12 was approved by Councillors on the 13th June 2011. To download a copy please click here. This covers food safety, health and safety at work, licensing and smoke free enforcement. It also includes a review of activity in 2010/11.
