RESOLVED: That the Minutes of the meeting of the Panel held 4 August 2003 be approved and signed by the Chairman as a true and correct record.
3. DECEMBER 2003 ISSUE – CONSIDERATION OF PROOF
Detailed consideration was given to the proof of the December 2003 issue of "Coastline" (a copy of which is inserted in the Minute Book as Appendix "A"). Consideration was also given to a Community Safety Partnership (CSP) supplement (a copy of which is inserted in the Minute Book as Appendix "B").
Members were impressed with the hard-hitting nature of the CSP supplement on drugs, and felt that the profile of this issue should be raised at full Council. Members were informed that a report was currently being written asking for the formation of a Member/Officer Drug Working Group and that it would be taken to Council Management Team shortly.
