5.	TERMS OF REFERENCE
	To note the terms of reference of the Sub Committee:

	(i) To assist the Council and other agencies in the development of strategies and policies and initiatives to deal with anti-social behaviour;

	(ii) To monitor the effectiveness of the strategies, policies and initiatives in tackling anti-social behaviour.

6.	ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION IN PUBLIC PLACES
	(i) Report by Councillor Davis (to follow)

	(ii) Request from Councillors Edgar and Hayward for consideration of the introduction of an alcohol-free zone in Alverstoke Village

7.	CRIME AND DISORDER STRATEGY
	To consider how the Sub Committee wish to monitor targets in the Strategy that relate to anti-social behaviour

8.	WORK PROGRAMME
	To consider the development of a work programme for the Sub Committee

9.	FUTURE MEETINGS
	To consider dates for future meetings
