Apologies for inability to attend the meeting were submitted on behalf of The Mayor and Councillors Chegwyn and Davis.

 

 

RESOLVED:  That the Minutes of the meeting of the Licensing Board held on 10 January 2006 be approved and signed by the Chairman as a true and correct record.

 

 

 

 

RESOLVED:  That, under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting for the under-mentioned item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 4 Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

 

 

Consideration was given to an exempt report of the Environmental Services Manager (a copy of which is inserted in the Minute Book as Appendix ‘A’) advising the Board of an application for the renewal of a Dual Hackney Carriage Vehicle and Private Hire Vehicle Driver’s Licence.

 

RESOLVED:  That the application for the renewal of a Dual Hackney Carriage Vehicle and Private Hire Vehicle Driver’s Licence be approved.
