	All Members present are required to declare, at this point in the meeting or as soon as possible thereafter, any personal or personal and prejudicial interest in any item(s) being considered at this meeting.

3.	MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COMMUNITY AND ENVIRONMENT BOARD HELD ON 4 SEPTEMBER 2006

	To approve as correct records the Minutes of the meeting of the Community and Environment Board held on 4 September 2006 (copy herewith).

4.	DEPUTATIONS – STANDING ORDER 3.5

	(NOTE: The Board is required to receive a deputation(s) on a matter which is before the meeting of the Board provided that notice of the intended deputation and its object shall have been received by the Borough Solicitor by 12 noon on Thursday 26 October 2006. The total time for deputations in favour and against a proposal shall not exceed 10 minutes).

5.	PUBLIC QUESTIONS – STANDING ORDER 3.6

	(NOTE: The Board is required to allow a total of 15 minutes for questions from Members of the public on matters within the terms of reference of the Board provided that notice of such Question(s) shall have been submitted to the Borough Solicitor by 12 noon on Thursday 26 October 2006).

6.	ANN’S HILL CEMETERY – MEMORIAL TESTING RESULTS	PART II

7.	TEMPORARY HEALTH CENTRE, JUCTION ROWNER LANE AND GRANGE LANE	Part II

	To approve the grant a lease, for a period commencing 31 October 2005 and terminating on 31 December 2010, to the Primary Care Trust of land for continued use of the temporary health centre. (report attached)	Contact Officer Mark Pam Ext 5563

8.	ELSON AND LEESLAND ALLOTMENTS	Part II

	To seek approval for the use of funding received by the Council from the sale of land at Camden Allotments to upgrade the existing boundary fencing. (report attached)	Contact Officer: Alan Gibson Ext 5721

9.	IMPROVEMENTS TO LEE-ON-THE-SOLENT PLAY AREA, LEESLAND PARK AND ROWNER BOWLING CLUB	Part II

10.	FORTON RECREATION GROUND	Part II
