2.	DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

	All Members present are required to declare, at this point in the meeting or as soon as possible thereafter, any personal or personal and prejudicial interest in any item(s) being considered at this meeting.

3.	MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COMMUNITY AND ENVIRONMENT BOARD HELD ON 5 SEPTEMBER 2005

	To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the meeting of the Community and Environment Board held on 5 September 2005 (copy herewith).

4.	DEPUTATIONS – STANDING ORDER 3.5

	(NOTE: The Board is required to receive a deputation(s) on a matter which is before the meeting of the Board provided that notice of the intended deputation and its object shall have been received by the Borough Solicitor by 12 noon on Thursday, 27 October 2005. The total time for deputations in favour and against a proposal shall not exceed 10 minutes).

5.	PUBLIC QUESTIONS – STANDING ORDER 3.6

	(NOTE: The Board is required to allow a total of 15 minutes for questions from Members of the public on matters within the terms of reference of the Board provided that notice of such Question(s) shall have been submitted to the Borough Solicitor by 12 noon on Thursday, 27 October 2005).

6.	GORDON ROAD JUNCTIONS – PROPOSED PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME	PART II

	To consider objections received in response to the statutory advertisement of the proposal to prohibit waiting at the Tintern Road, Richmond Road and Walton Road junctions with Gordon Road by Traffic Regulation Order. The approval of the Board is sought to make and implement the Borough of Gosport (Gordon Road Junctions) (Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time)(No1) Order 2004.	Contact Officer: Dave Duckett Ext 5424
7.	STOKES BAY PADDLING POOL	PART II

	The purpose of this report is: 1. to advise Members of the need for additional work required to complete the refurbishment of Stokes Bay paddling pool; and 2. to regularise the overspend	Contact Officer: Mike Wheeler Ext 5421

8.	HIGH STREET IMPROVEMENTS	PART II
	To advise the Board on the progress of preparing proposals for High Street, Gosport and to seek approval for implementation.	Contact Officer: Alf Kendrick Ext 5410
