4.	ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR SUB COMMITTEE
	To receive an update and review the work of the Sub Committee

5.	REQUEST FOR SCRUTINY
	To consider any requests received for matters to be scrutinised:

	(i)	Car Parking – request received from the Policy and Organisation Board for this Committee to undertake a further review of the car parking scheme, taking into account the issues raised by Members at their meeting on 9 November 2005. (Minute Extract attached)

6.	REVIEW AND DEVELOPMENT OF A WORK PROGRAMME
	To review the work programme for the Committee and to consider any suggestions from Members for issues to be scrutinised
