	(i) Out of Hours Stray Dogs Service

	The original report was submitted for consideration at the Community and Environment Board on 10 January 2005. A decision was deferred at that meeting and the matter has been referred to this Committee.

	Members are asked to decide whether they wish to scrutinise the matter and, if so, the method by which scrutiny is undertaken, together with an indication of the timescale. A copy of the original report is attached.(pages 5-11)
