| To consider the request for scrutiny as detailed on the attached: (i) 'Provision of Public Toilets' At the meeting on 24 March 2004 this Committee deferred a decision on whether or not to scrutinise the above matter. However, the Policy Overview and Scrutiny Committee on 27 July 2004 agreed to consider the Strategic Improvement Plan as part of CPA issues and as such would be considering the matter of Public Toilets. (ii) Deregulation of Hackney Carriages (iii) Environmental Health (Commercial) Service Plan (2004/2005) |
