REQUEST FOR SCRUTINY

To consider the request for scrutiny, as detailed on the attached, in respect of car parking.

CONSIDERATION OF A PROPOSAL BY THE CHAIRMAN OF POLICY OVERVIEW AND SCRUTINY COMMITTEE THAT:

This Committee recommends that the Policy and Organisation Board reconsiders its decision to implement car parking charges before the scrutiny process has been completed and that the Committee’s scrutiny function is carried out by full Council.
