NOTE: The items which are listed under Clauses 1-8 of Part A of this Agenda are not deemed to be of a "confidential" or "exempt" nature. The public and the press may therefore be present at the meeting whilst these matters are being discussed. The public and the press may or may not be permitted to be present for consideration of any items which the Chairman agrees to discuss under Clause 9 of the Agenda, depending on whether such business is deemed to be of a "confidential" or "exempt" nature.


1.	APOLOGIES

	To receive apologies for inability to attend the meeting (if any).

2.	MINUTES	PART II

	To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the meeting of the Board held on 3 November 2003 (copy herewith).

3.	DEPUTATIONS - STANDING ORDER 3.5

	(NOTE: The Board is required to receive a deputation(s) on a matter which is before the meeting of the Board provided that notice of the intended deputation and its object shall been received by the Borough Solicitor by 12 noon on Thursday 8 January 2004. The total time for deputations in favour and against a proposal shall not exceed 10 minutes).

4.	PUBLIC QUESTION TIME – STANDING ORDER 3.6

	(NOTE: The Board is required to allow a total of 15 minutes for questions from Members of the public on matters within the terms of reference of the Board provided that notice of such Question(s) shall have been submitted to the Borough Solicitor by 12 noon on Thursday 8 January 2004).

5.	PRIDDY'S HARD TRAFFIC CALMING AND TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS	PART II

	'To seek approval of the implementation of a traffic calming scheme comprising a number of speed cushions on Sealark Road and making a Traffic Regulation Order to restrict waiting on various roads in the Priddy's Hrad residential development'. 6.	GOSPORT PARK PAVILION – PROPOSED THREE YEAR LEASE	PART II

	'To seek approval, in principle, to enter into a three year lease with Gosport and Fareham Rugby Football Club on terms and conditions to be agreed by the Council's Head of Property Services'. To consider the joint report of the Leisure and Amenties Manager and the Corporate Services Manager in connection with the above (copy herewith). 7.	17^THCENTURY VILLAGE	PART II
