The Gosport Youth Council is a group of about 20 young people who have decided to get their views about the borough of Gosport heard.
The Gosport Youth Council is an organisation run by young people for young people.
We represent you if you are aged between 13 and 18 and if you live in the borough of Gosport. We tackle issues that affect you as young people!
We meet the first Wednesday of every month at Gosport Borough Council's offices at the Town Hall, High Street Gosport and every other Wednesday at the Brune Park Youthy. All meetings start at 4.15pm and finish at 6.pm - all young people are welcome!
The Gosport Youth Council hold annual elections when they vote in a Chair, Vice-Chair, Public Relations Officer, Secretary and Treasurer. They have appointed Councillor Chris Carter as their the new Youth Champion for Gosport.
