The score is based on national guidelines issued by the Food Standards Agency and rates premises as Satisfactory, Unsatisfactory or Excellent. The majority of premises are rated as satisfactory, those premises rated as unsatisfactory will be subject to enhanced enforcement procedures to improve compliance.
