The Council published a draft Core Strategy: Preferred Options Development Plan Document (DPD). This document will now become part of the evidence base for the Gosport Borough Local Plan 2029.
The Core Strategy was accompanied by an interim sustainability appraisal and a Habitats Regulation Assessment.
A series of Topic Papers have been prepared providing a more in depth consideration of how the Preferred Options were developed. In addition a number of specific evidence studies have been produced to provide more technical support to the Core Strategy.

Issues and Options Paper have been considered in the preparation of the Preferred Options document.
